Almond biscuits are among the most popular and well-known biscuits of the Irpinia region: sweet dough loafs with whole almonds baked in two steps: first, the whole loaf is baked until golden, then sliced up and baked again until the biscuits are crunchy.


Wheat flour type 00, sugar, eggs, 12% almonds, powder milk, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, E170i; emulsifier: soy lecithin; salt, flavors.

May contain traces of other nuts.
